An order that concerns personalised or custom-made products cannot be cancelled after their production has commenced. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
Shipping costs aren't refundable, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.
If the merchandise is damaged, it must be communicated within 24 hours after receiving the merchandise and please, note on the courier receipt: "Pending verification of damage".
